The Essence of Yoga
In these classes we gently inquire into the true nature of what we call the body and the Self.
Using postures, breath and visualizations, we knowingly welcome our direct sensing experience, including habits of resistance and contraction.
Gradually, the experience of the body is liberated of its habitual interpretations. In this openness, it is allowed to flow with natural ease and transparency.
