The Awakening Body, Online
These Webinars are an opportunity to meet easily with a group of like-minded friends. We gather around the non-dual teaching with a particular focus on the realm of the body and feelings.
Ellen will guide an experiential meditation followed by a conversation where participants may ask questions or share their experiences. All that is needed is a computer with built-in speaker and microphone and access to the internet.
Upon registration, you will receive a confirmation email. The day before the webinar you will receive another email with the zoom link and information to guide you through the process, which is very simple. You may be prompted to download Zoom to your device but you will not need to create an account unless you wish to. To optimize your webinar experience we recommend a WIRED connection if possible. If you do use a wifi connection, close all or most other devices using the signal. For mobile devices, a 3G or 4G connection is needed.
The webinar will start promptly at 6:30pm (GMT) but Ellen will open the webinar at 6:20pm in order to allow time for anyone unfamiliar with the platform to log in and test their settings.
The webinar will start with all attendees' mics turned off. It is preferable if you can join with your video turned on so that Ellen can see you during the Question & Answer session; if you have a question please raise your hand for Ellen to see. You will need to unmute your mic in order to ask your question.
If you need any further assistance please email Ruth, firstname.lastname@example.org
Please note that registration will close at midnight the night before the webinar starts.
